Delete your account

How to permanently remove your goArrow account and all of its data.

goArrow lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open goArrow and go to Settings (the gear icon on the home screen).
  2. Tap Account → Delete account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm that you want to continue.
  4. We email a 6-digit verification code to the address on your account. Enter it to confirm — this proves it's really you.
  5. Your account is deleted immediately, and the app resets to its first-launch state on your device.

Don't have an account (you've been playing anonymously)? There's nothing stored on our servers to delete. To clear local progress, simply uninstall the app or reset progress in Settings.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email goarrow at shurco dot info from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and delete your account, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases all of the following from our servers:

  • Your profile and account identifier
  • Your email address
  • Your nickname and leaderboard ranking
  • Your coin wallet and any unlocked/purchased level packs
  • Competition rooms you hosted and your participation records

On your device, all local data (progress, settings, cached level packs) is wiped and the app returns to its initial state.

What this does not affect

Account deletion does not remove the goArrow app itself from your device — uninstall it normally if you no longer want it. Aggregate, non-identifying information (for example, counters that don't identify you) may remain.
