Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the goArrow game and its online services (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except where the law expressly permits it.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one (by signing in with your email), you're responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent there. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

3. In-game coins and items

The App may include virtual “coins”, boosters, and level packs. In the current version these have no real-money value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or anything of value outside the App. We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items at our discretion, for example to balance gameplay.

4. Online play & fair conduct

When using the leaderboard or real-time competitions, you agree not to:

• Choose an offensive, misleading, or infringing nickname.
• Cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupt the service or attempt to access other players' accounts or data.

Nicknames are filtered automatically, and we may reset a nickname or suspend access for conduct that breaks these rules. Open competition rooms may be filled with automated practice players (bots) so that matches can start at any time.

5. User content

The only content you provide is your nickname. You're responsible for it and grant us the right to display it within the leaderboard and competition features. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the online services available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features (including online play) at any time. The single-player campaign is playable offline once levels are downloaded.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
