Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to play?

No. The single-player campaign, level packs, boosters, and the in-game shop all work anonymously. An account (email sign-in) is optional and only needed to sync progress across devices and to appear on the leaderboard or join competitions under your nickname.

How does sign-in work? I never get a password.

goArrow uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email and we send a one-time code; type it in and you're in. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address is correct, then request a new code after the short cooldown.

How do competitions work?

In a competition, every player gets the same board and races to clear it first. Create a private room and share its code with friends, or join an open room. Boosters and hints are disabled so it's a fair, skill-based race. If no one else is online, practice bots keep open rooms ready so a match can still start.

I changed my phone — how do I keep my progress?

Sign in with the same email on both devices. Your progress, coins, and ranking are tied to your account on the server, so they'll follow you. Without an account, progress stays only on the original device.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the App and confirm with the emailed code. This permanently erases your account and all related data. Full instructions are on the account deletion page.

Does goArrow charge real money?

The current version has no real-money purchases — the in-game shop spends only coins you earn by playing.

The game is in the wrong language.

goArrow supports English, German, Spanish, French, and Belarusian. Change the language in Settings → Language.
